The staff are trained to be accommodating, although sometimes, there's one staff who's not that warm. The freshly ground and brewed coffee (machine) is always a delight. The food at the bistro on the lobby is affordable. There's a convenience store in the building. But the best part is the water dispenser evenly distributed among the rooms on each floor. I always book this hotel for my Manila 'layover' when I travel outside the country and back to Iloilo. I think some of my bookings are for standard rooms (probably those windowless rooms in the inner part of the hall) but the staff are always kind to assign to me a room with nice window views upon request. Thank you staff!!!

They still gave me a room with a window, which I really like. But somehow I felt like it was an upgrade or a makeover from my last visit. During my last visit, some features in the shower were not working properly: the shampoo dispenser, toilet seat cover, etc. This time, everything was fine I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel. But the windows really need cleaning from the outside. The staff are almost not Filipino for their professionalism and work ethic. They're obviously well-trained in hospitality standards, although the security guards are almost always on their phones, so they don't notice the guests approaching the door.

Rooms with good distribution of furniture such as bed, bathroom, shower. They also have a kettle, cups, TV remote control. 1 pair of towels for the shower and one for the hands. The staff is friendly and available to solve any problem or inconvenience that may arise. The building is large, the lobby is very welcoming. The following floors have wide hallways with wall-to-wall carpeting. Waiting areas outside the elevators with sofas, lounge chairs and coffee tables. I travel a lot on business and I can confirm that this hotel is better than others in its category, just check it out for yourself.

Also, one of the reasons why I usually stay here is because the bathrooms were always clean - NO MOLD STAINS (black and pink molds) in the wall. Of all the Go Hotels that I’ve stayed, the rooms in Mandaluyong are spacious compared to nearby Go Hotels plus rooms smell good.

It's right in the middle of everything, whether you're heading north or south. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and respectful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. It just feels convenient and familiar every time. Definitely a reliable place to stay!
